Common Questions

FAQ

Do I need to wear white? +
No. Visitors are always welcome in regular, modest attire. The white garments (sutana) are worn by baptized members of the Celestial Church of Christ as a symbol of consecration and purity. If you are visiting for the first time, simply come as you are.
Do I need to remove my shoes? +
Yes. All who enter the sanctuary — members and visitors alike — remove their shoes before entering. This is an act of reverence before a holy God, echoing Moses at the burning bush: "Remove your sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy ground." (Exodus 3:5). Socks are perfectly fine.
Is it okay to bring my children? +
Absolutely. Children are a blessing and are warmly welcomed in all our services. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me." Our congregation loves children and you will find them naturally embraced in our family-centered community.
What if I'm not Christian? +
You are still welcome. Come with an open heart and experience the love of God. Many people who have walked into our services not knowing what to expect have left with their lives forever changed. God does the work — we just create a space for His presence.
